Your vehicle automatically recognises a service requirement or a problem and reports this to you and your MINI Service Partner. If the message indicates a service requirement, this is also necessary. Your MINI Service Partner will bundle any further service requirements for your vehicle into one appointment. In some cases, you can use the "MINI Guided Help" function in the MINI App to solve the problem yourself or with "remote" support from a MINI expert.
