What data does MINI process as part of "Proactive Care"?

In order to be able to provide the full scope of maintenance work provided by "Proactive Care", MINI requires personal data from your vehicle and your MINI ID. MINI and contracted service providers process and store your data carefully, for the intended purpose and in accordance with the provisions of your MINI Connected contract as well as in accordance with the legal provisions on data protection applicable in your country. An overview of the stored and processed data can be found in the MINI Connected Privacy Policy. You can revoke your consent to the transmission of vehicle data at any time in the Privacy menu of your MINI, in the MINI App or in the MINI portal, as well as at your MINI Service Partner.
