What is "Proactive Care" in my MINI?

"Proactive Care" is a service promise for all service and maintenance services on your MINI. Your vehicle automatically recognises a service requirement or a problem and reports this to you and your MINI Service Partner. Depending on your needs, you will receive notifications with instructions for self-help as a push notification in the MINI App, a message in your vehicle or you will be contacted by MINI Accident and Roadside Assistance or your preferred MINI Service Partner. The execution of services meets the highest MINI quality standards. The scope of the work carried out, its costs and the expected delivery date are transparent to you at all times. Please note: Depending on the country of delivery, the scope of maintenance work offered by "Proactive Care" may vary.
