Why do I get a fault message about the MINI Connected Store on the Interaction Unit of my MINI with Operating System 9?

Depending on the country of delivery, the MINI Connected Store is available in MINI models with MINI Operating System 9 with the latest software version. To use it, your MINI needs a mobile connection and you must be logged in with your MINI ID.
