How do I change the payment method for my active "MINI Connected package" subscription?

With the optional "MINI Connected package" offer, you experience greater comfort, an extended entertainment offer and additional personalisation options in your MINI with Operating System 9.

 

After taking out a paid "MINI Connected package" subscription, recurring payments will be charged to your saved payment method.

 

To change or update the payment method for your "MINI Connected package" subscription, log in to the MINI portal  with your MINI ID and select:

 

  1. "MINI login" (profile icon in the navigation bar)
  2. "My orders"
  3. "Digital Services"
  4. "Subscription details" (for the "MINI Connected package" product)
  5. "Update"
  6. Change the payment method.
  7. Confirm your changes with "Save".

Please note: A change of payment method in "My payment methods" (My Account) is not automatically applied to an active "MINI Connected package" subscription.

 

The "MINI Connected package" offer can be booked for MINI models with MINI Operating System 9 in the MINI Connected Store on the Internet  or in the vehicle.
