To save or change your preferred MINI Service Partner in the MINI portal, log in to the MINI web page of your country with your MINI ID, click on the profile icon in the navigation bar after logging in and select: "Service appointment overview", select "Select MINI Service Partner", search by location or name, select the desired MINI Service Partner and confirm your selection with "Continue with selected MINI Retailer". Your preferred MINI Service Partner is synchronised between the MINI portal, the MINI App and your vehicle.
