How do I book a service appointment with my MINI Service Partner in the MINI portal?

To book a service appointment with a MINI Service Partner in the MINI portal, log in to the MINI web page of your country with your MINI ID, click on the profile icon in the navigation bar after logging in and select: "Service appointment overview". Select "MINI Online Appointment Scheduling", the desired services and then "Continue to appointment selection". Select a date and a mobility option and "Continue to service booking". Check your details, agree to the forwarding of your data and complete the process by clicking on "Book appointment now". With your booking, your MINI Service Partner automatically receives information about your vehicle and its service requirements. Please note: You can also book a service appointment in the MINI App.
