How do I cancel a service appointment for my MINI on the MINI web page?

To cancel a booked service appointment, log in to the MINI web page of your country with your MINI ID, click on the profile icon in the navigation bar after logging in and select: "Service appointment overview". Select the recycle bin icon and confirm "Cancel online appointment". Alternatively, you can cancel a service appointment in the MINI App or directly with your MINI Service Partner. Please note: On the MINI web page, you can only cancel a service appointment that you have booked on the MINI web page or in the MINI App. If you have booked an appointment directly with your MINI Service Partner, please cancel it directly with them.
