What data does MINI process as part of my MINI Connected contract?

MINI processes your data as part of various MINI Connected services, such as MINI intelligent emergency call, Real Time Traffic Information, Teleservices. For these services, personal information from the vehicle may be processed and stored by MINI and contracted service providers. MINI cannot provide the respective service for you without you providing the data and processing it. MINI processes and stores your data carefully, for the intended purpose or in accordance with your consent and in accordance with the legal provisions on data protection applicable in your country. Personal data is automatically deleted after four weeks, unless it is required for longer to provide the MINI Connected services.
