If your MINI Agent has registered a MINI ID for you, but you have not saved a password after activation, log in to the MINI web page or the MINI App with your MINI ID (e-mail address) and select "Forgot password?". You will receive an e-mail with a confirmation link and you must set up a new password for your MINI ID within four hours. If you do not receive an e-mail, check your spam folder.
