What is MINI Charging?

In addition to access to a supra-regional public charging network in inner cities, in car parks and along important traffic routes, MINI Charging also offers you a charging solution for at home that is customised to your requirements.

In this video, you’ll learn, step by step, how to charge your MINI safely at home. It explains how to connect the supplied charging cable correctly to a socket that has been checked by a qualified electrician, and what you should bear in mind when doing so – for example, that you should not use any extension cables. You will also learn how to correctly interpret the LED displays on the charging module, how to start the charging process, and how to disconnect the cable in the correct order once charging is complete.
