Can I also charge my MINI electric or plug-in hybrid vehicle at a conventional domestic socket outlet?

Yes. Depending on the market, you can charge your MINI electric vehicle with the standard charging cable (mode 2) for domestic socket outlets or the Flexible Charger at a conventional domestic socket outlet. Using extension cables and multiple pin connectors is not allowed. Due to the low charging capacity of 2.3 kW, charging at a domestic socket outlet takes significantly longer than at a Wallbox or a public charging station.
