Who do I contact in the event of problems with the charging control of my fully electric MINI via a compatible HEMS provider?

When using cost-optimised charging, you authorise a compatible home energy management system (HEMS) provider to control the charging of your fully electric MINI at an authorised location.

If you have any technical or functional problems, please contact your HEMS provider directly.
