Who do I contact in the event of problems with the charging control of my fully electric MINI by my compatible HEMS provider?

When using remote access charging, you allow a compatible Home Energy Management System (HEMS) provider to control the charging of your fully electric MINI at a shared location. If you have any problems, please contact your HEMS provider directly.
