Yes. Your MINI electric or plug-in hybrid vehicle interrupts an AC charging process when unlocking the vehicle. Depending on the charging station, the charging process will continue automatically or after renewed authentication when the vehicle is locked again. At private AC charging stations, the charging process starts automatically without authentication after locking the vehicle.
