What do I need to consider in case of longer stationary periods for my MINI electric or Plug-In Hybrid vehicle?

If you park your MINI electric or Plug-In Hybrid vehicle for a longer period of time, e.g. during your holidays, keep the charge level between 30% and 50% if possible and park your vehicle in a cool place or in the shade in summer and in a garage in winter. In addition, the vehicle should not be plugged in for charging during longer stationary periods.
