How can I pause a charging process of my MINI electric or plug-in hybrid vehicle?

The charging process is interrupted when unlocking the vehicle and continues automatically after a short time or when locking. The charging process can be stopped at any time by removing the charging cable and continued at a later time by connecting the charging cable. Please note: To unplug the charging cable, you must unlock your MINI.
