Who do I contact if the charging process for my MINI electric or plug-in hybrid vehicle does not start at a public charging station?

If the charging process for your MINI electric or plug-in hybrid vehicle does not start at a public charging station, first check the charging settings in the vehicle, the correct fit of the charging cable and the operational readiness of the charging station. If problems persist, contact the charging station operator. MINI Charging and your MINI Service Partner have no influence on the technical availability of public charging stations.
