An unplanned interruption of the charging process of your MINI electric or plug-in hybrid vehicle can have the following causes, among others: Malfunction of the charging station, unlocking the vehicle, faulty communication of your vehicle with the charging station, manual charging interruption by third parties. In this case, MINI recommends disconnecting and reconnecting the charging cable and starting a new charging process. If you also have charging problems at another charging station, the charging cable may be faulty.
