How does the Green Driving Assistant work in my MINI electric vehicle?

The range assistant in your MINI electric vehicle checks whether a specified destination can be reached with the current state of charge of the vehicle. If the electric range is not sufficient, you will automatically receive various recommendations to increase the range:
  • "Mode and route: GREEN": Adopt consumption-optimised route
  • "Mode: GREEN +": Change to GREEN +
  • "Charging station search": Find charging stations along the route or, if necessary, in the vicinity. If the "route guidance" icon in the map tool bar is yellow or red, you can manually go to the recommendations to increase the range. For this, select the following in the MINI system: "Navigation" > "Map" > tilt the Controller to the left > "Route guidance" > "Range not sufficient".
