Why does my MINI plug-in hybrid vehicle not come with a battery condition warranty for the high-voltage battery?

The MINI performance commitment for the high-voltage battery applies worldwide only to pure electric vehicles (BEV). There are currently no plans to offer a condition warranty on MINI plug-in hybrid vehicles (PHEVs).
