How do I deactivate automatic driver recognition of my MINI ID in my MINI with Operating System 9?

By assigning a vehicle key or a digital key to your MINI ID, your MINI with Operating System 9 automatically activates your personal settings when you unlock the vehicle and you are greeted on the welcome screen with your profile name and profile image from the MINI App. To deactivate automatic driver recognition, select the following on the MINI Interaction Unit: "MINI ID" (profile icon in the status field at the top right) > "Profile settings" > "Driver recognition". Follow the instructions and select the desired physical key or a smartphone for the MINI Digital Key Plus. Please note: To delete the assignment, you need the vehicle key in the passenger area. Synchronisation of personal data and settings with the MINI Cloud must be activated for your MINI ID.
