I get a fault message when I try to log in to my MINI with Operating System 9 with my MINI ID. What can I do?

In MINI models with Operating System 9, one main user and up to six co-users can log in with their MINI IDs. The personal data and settings for your MINI ID are stored in the MINI Cloud and synchronised in your MINI, the MINI App and the MINI portal. If you cannot log in with the e-mail address and password of your MINI ID, check your login data in the MINI App or in the MINI portal on the Internet. You can reset the password for your MINI ID with "Forgot your password?". As an alternative to entering your login data, you can also log in to the vehicle using the MINI App. In the MINI system, select the "Profile" icon in the status field at the bottom right and then: "Add MINI ID" > "Log in with MINI App" and scan the QR code with your smartphone.
