Which functions of my MINI with Operating System 9 are only available to the main user?

In MINI vehicles with Operating System 9, one main user and up to six co-users can log in with their MINI IDs. The user who first adds the vehicle to their MINI ID is the main user. All other users are co-users with limited rights. The following functions are only available to the main user:

  • Removing stored MINI IDs.
  • Transferring the role of the main user to another MINI ID.
  • Making the vehicle-wide privacy settings.
  • Creating the main digital key.
  • Booking MINI Connected Upgrades in the MINI Connected Store.
  • The vehicle settings in the MINI portal.
