How do I delete all main users and co-users in my MINI with Operating System 9 and in the MINI App?

In your MINI with Operating System 9, one main user and up to six co-users can log in with their MINI IDs. Upon login of a MINI ID in the vehicle, it is automatically added to the MINI App and the MINI portal of all users stored in the vehicle. To delete all main users and co-users of the vehicle in your MINI and in the MINI App, reset it to factory settings: Apps menu > "Vehicle" > "System settings" > "Reset vehicle data" > "Reset". The main user and all involved co-users will be informed by e-mail about the removal of the MINI ID in the vehicle. Please note: You can only reset the vehicle data when the drive-ready state is switched off. The vehicle keys must be in the vehicle. If the synchronisation of settings has been activated for a MINI ID in the vehicle, the personal settings are retained in the MINI Cloud.
