How do I switch on the steering wheel heating in my MINI with Operating System 9?

Depending on the model and equipment, your MINI will automatically activate the steering wheel heating as required, depending on the outside and interior temperature. When the automatic programme is activated, the intensity of the steering wheel heating can be adjusted. During the course of the journey, the heater output is automatically adjusted according to the set intensity. Alternatively, you can change the steering wheel heating manually in the Climate menu or through the MINI Intelligent Personal Assistant. For more information on operating the steering wheel heating, please refer to the MINI Driver's Guide app or the Owner's Handbook for your MINI.

Available for MINI models with MINI Operating System 9 with the standard equipment or option "steering wheel heating" (SA 248) or with the option "preparation for steering wheel heating" (SA 9QR) and activation as a MINI Connected Upgrade.
