How does the automatic seat heating work in my MINI with Operating System 9?

Depending on the model and equipment, your MINI will automatically activate the seat heating as required, depending on the outside and interior temperature. When the automatic programme is activated, the intensity of the seat heating can be adjusted. During the course of the journey, the heater output is automatically adjusted according to the set intensity. Alternatively, you can change the seat heating manually in the Climate menu or through the MINI Intelligent Personal Assistant. For more information on operating the seat heating, please refer to the MINI Driver's Guide app or the Owner's Handbook for your MINI.

 

Available for MINI models with MINI Operating System 9 with the standard equipment or the option "seat heating for driver/passenger" (SA 494) or with the option "preparation for seat heating for driver/passenger" (SA 9QT) and activation as a MINI Connected Upgrade.
