Do I have to reinstall the MINI Download Manager for every manual map update of my MINI with a MINI Controller?

Since the "MINI Download Manager" program as well as the processes for downloading and unpacking the map material can change, MINI recommends reinstalling the MINI Download Manager on your computer for every manual map update of your MINI with a MINI Controller and MINI system with a menu with displays in the form of tiles (ID6). To uninstall previous versions of the MINI Download Manager, select the following in the Download Manager menu on your computer: "Settings" > "Uninstall".
