What do the coloured lines on the map of the MINI Navigation System in my MINI with Operating System 9 mean?

Real Time Traffic Information (RTTI) in your MINI with Operating System 9 shows you the current traffic flow on main and secondary roads through coloured lines along these roads:

No colour= clear road
Orange = dense and stagnant traffic
Red = congestion
Black = blocking

Blue = Before reaching a destination, blue lines may be displayed indicating parking options.

The data sources for real time traffic information are anonymised movement profiles from the mobile communications network, GPS data from vehicle fleets, police reports and data from transport infrastructure facilities.
