If your vehicle is affected by the "integrated braking system (IBS)" recall campaign, an authorised MINI Service Partner will install diagnostic software in your MINI. This usually detects a fault in the "integrated braking system (IBS)" well before it occurs and informs you by means of a Check Control message in the central instrument of your vehicle. This measure takes about 1 hour and is free of charge for you. If the brake module needs to be replaced, this will take approx. 3.5 hours.
