Why can't I activate deep sleep mode in my MINI?

Deep sleep mode is available for MINI models with MINI Operating System 9 and software version from 07/2025. You need a physical vehicle key in the passenger area. The side light, the parking light and the hazard warning lights must not be switched on. An emergency call must not be triggered.
