Why isn't my wheel and tyre combination shown in the tyre settings on my MINI?

It may happen that an approved wheel and tyre combination is authorised after the market introduction of a MINI vehicle. As the vehicle software will have been developed in advance, this wheel and tyre combination might not yet be included in the selectable tyre settings.

The use of this wheel and tyre combination is, however, permitted without restriction. For tyre inflation pressure, use the figures shown on the tyre pressure label in the driver's door. Next, in the vehicle menu under "Tyre settings", select the "Other tyres" option. Once the tyre pressure monitoring system has been initialised, the current tyre pressure values will be recorded and displayed correctly.

The absence of this option in the vehicle menu does not affect the operational safety or operability of the tyre pressure monitoring system. A visit to the workshop is not required for this setting.
