It may happen that the navigation prompts in your MINI are temporarily in another language to the one you set, for example, following a software update. In this case, the language settings in the navigation system are temporarily not set to the same language as the MINI Intelligent Personal Assistant.
In many cases, this can be resolved by reselecting the language of the voice assistant and then checking whether the navigation instructions are correct. If the issue persists, it may also help to log in to your MINI ID again.
The issue is software-related and can usually be resolved by installing an update. There is no fault with the vehicle and it is not necessary to replace components. Your MINI Service Partner will be happy to assist you, if required.
