If the MINI Intelligent Personal Assistant cannot be activated or does not respond, in rare cases, this is due to a temporary software fault. This can, for example, occur after resetting vehicle systems.
As a first step, it is advisable to check whether an update is available for the navigation app and to install it, if required. The vehicle should then be restarted and the function tested again.
If the voice assistant still does not respond, please contact your MINI Service Partner. It is not usually necessary to replace parts, as the issue can generally be resolved with software measures.
