No. The radio signal of the vehicle key of your MINI with Comfort Access cannot be read by unauthorised persons. Your vehicle can only be unlocked if there is a verified vehicle key nearby. In vehicles with production from 2021, position determination and data transfer are carried out via the ultra-wideband (UWB) mobile standard. In addition, the vehicle key remote control deactivates automatically after two minutes at rest.
