What can I do if my MINI with Comfort Access does not unlock?

Depending on the model and equipment, your MINI with Comfort Access unlocks when you fully grasp the handle of a vehicle door or contactlessly when you approach it. The unlocking zone for contactless unlocking is within a radius of approx. 1 m around the door handles. If the vehicle key is in the unlocking zone for a longer period of time without being moved, the vehicle is automatically locked. You must activate automatic unlocking in the MINI system (Please note: The settings for each vehicle key are saved to a personal driver profile). In an emergency, press the "unlock" button on the key or unlock the driver's door manually with the integrated vehicle key. You can also unlock the driver's door using Remote Services in the MINI App.
