What does the star symbol on the tyre of my MINI mean?

The tyres have a very strong influence on the drivability and safety of your MINI. The star symbol indicates MINI Original tyres. MINI Original tyres are optimised for safety, sportiness, comfort, wear and efficiency. In order to obtain the star, the tyres go through an extensive test program. Many more quality features are tested than required by law. MINI Original tyres are developed in close cooperation with leading tyre manufacturers and are adapted to the vehicle's suspension in a specific model.
